Orcadian woodturner Michael Sinclair has crafted another two beautiful – and unique – pieces to offer Ness followers to help boost excavation funds.

The first is a Lignum vitae (sourced from an old wooden bowling ball) Neolithic-inspired petrosphere (65mm diameter) with four facets and turned detail between.

The petrosphere sits on an English boxwood stand, with overall dimension of 90mm x 110mm x 80mm, and is offered for sale at £180.
