Shop additions, a new ‘Sponsor a Find’ fundraiser and Christmas last order dates

We’ve had a busy week and have launched a new fundraiser Sponsor a Find.
The idea is that we periodically give you the choice from several Ness of Brodgar finds to sponsor at £20 per find. You will then be emailed a certificate showing a photo of your find and a little information about it.

In addition, our online shop now features one-off pieces from Orkney woodturner Michael Sinclair.
The three pieces are beautiful creations and each purchase will see Michael make a donation to the Ness, which has provided him with so much inspiration. UPDATE: All three bowls are now sold. Watch this space – we’ll have new stock in a few days.
Also in the shop, after refreshing our landscape cards earlier this year, the wildlife range has also had a makeover and features five new photographs from Ness site director Nick Card.
