Framed 3D reproduction of Structure Eight. (Mark Newton)
Our excavation fund received a major boost this week with the donation of profits from the sale of Ness of Brodgar 3D models.
The framed models, sold by Mark Newton, are produced using a 3D printer and data produced by photogrammetry experts Jim Bright and Dr Hugo Anderson-Whymark.
Mark’s models are available to buy at http://orkney3d.com/cant-visit-orkney
Our thanks to Mark and to everyone who has helped support the dig by buying one of his models.
