New additions to download archive

Two new PDFs are now available in our downloads archive.

The first, Painting a picture of Neolithic Orkney: decorated stonework from the Ness of Brodgar, is a paper by dig director Nick Card and our Neolithic art specialist Dr Antonia Thomas.

Published in 2015, it covers some of the decorated stone assemblage recovered from the site up to that date.

The second, Ness of Brodgar: revolutionising Orkney’s Neolithic, is the article featured in the April 2010 edition of Current Archaeology magazine.  The follow-up article, from 2018, is also available from the archive.
