Video: ARP 2025 – ‘(Re)discovering a Neolithic passage grave at Blomuir, Holm, Orkney’

The recording of Dr Hugo Anderson-Whymark’s talk at the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland Archaeological Research in Progress 2025 conference in Edinburgh on May 3, 2025.

Hugo, from National Museums Scotland, gives an overview of the rediscovery and excavation of the Maeshowe-type chambered cairn at Blomuir, Holm, Orkney. He is co-director of the dig, together with Professor Vicki Cummings of Cardiff University.
