Our pottery triage project has entered its fifth week with our hardy volunteers slowly but steadily working through the thousands of ceramic sherds recovered from Trench T over the years.

This week has already produced a mixed bag of finds – from the rough and ready to the exquisitely crafted.

Falling squarely in the latter category is the vessel Ceiridwen has been working on – a delicate piece of pottery from Structure Twenty-Seven with some beautiful applied and decorated cordons.
