Ness project update for Orkney Tourist Guide Association members

A group from the Orkney Tourist Guides Association (OTGA) visited the site on Tuesday evening for an update on the Ness project from director Nick Card.

Although our fieldwork ended in 2024, the delegation heard about our latest thoughts on the Neolithic complex and insights into the post-excavation process.

The visit was the latest in a series of outreach training events funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
