Visitor centre exhibition extended…

If you missed our exhibition in the Maeshowe visitor centre over the summer, fear not. It has been extended for a few more weeks.

The exhibition in Stenness village opened in June and was due to finish on September 28. But our friends at Historic Environment Scotland have said they are happy to leave it running.

The displays followed the success of our 2024 summer exhibition in the Orkney Museum. If you can’t make it to Stenness, the display boards are available to download and read here.
